GAK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, ER-alpha_pS118, and Smad4. Each is linked with GAK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAK-to-partner and partner-to-GAK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by GAK-low versus GAK-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAK→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
