GAK

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 355 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAK-associated genes across cancer lineages are TBL1Y, CEACAM3, and MTRNR2L10. Each is linked with GAK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAK-to-partner and partner-to-GAK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TBL1Y grouped by GAK-low versus GAK-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAK→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
