GAGE2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GAGE2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,238 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAGE2A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE12F, GAGE13, and GAGE1. Each is linked with GAGE2A in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAGE2A-to-partner and partner-to-GAGE2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAGE2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAGE2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
