GADL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GADL1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GADL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are YAP, Cyclin-B1, and C-Raf. Each is linked with GADL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GADL1-to-partner and partner-to-GADL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YAP grouped by GADL1-low versus GADL1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GADL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GADL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
