Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GADD45B RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GADD45B data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher GADD45B RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GADD45B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and LIHC show a favorable association.

LUSC, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where GADD45B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
