Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GADD45B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GADD45B data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher GADD45B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GADD45B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, CESC, and LGG are the cancer types where GADD45B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
