Across TCGA cell cohorts, GADD45A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,066 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GADD45A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of peptidyl-serine phosphorylation of STAT protein, Regulation of calcineurin-mediated signaling, and Regulation of calcineurin-NFAT signaling cascade. Each is linked with GADD45A in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GADD45A-to-partner and partner-to-GADD45A results are reported.
