GAD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,984 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO3A, DLX6-AS1, and ICA1L. Each is linked with GAD2 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAD2-to-partner and partner-to-GAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAD2 versus MYO3A in CESC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
