GAD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,545 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GAD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKCD, CXADR, and RSF1. Each is linked with GAD1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GAD1-to-partner and partner-to-GAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GAD1 versus PRKCD in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
