GABRR3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRR3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,772 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRR3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4418, VWA8P1, and EIF4A1P1. Each is linked with GABRR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRR3-to-partner and partner-to-GABRR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4418 grouped by GABRR3-low versus GABRR3-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
