GABRQ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRQ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,515 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRQ-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENPP2, UBE2L3, and KIF20A. Each is linked with GABRQ in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRQ-to-partner and partner-to-GABRQ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ENPP2 grouped by GABRQ-low versus GABRQ-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRQ→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRQ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
