GABRG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,838 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP1, BUB3, and CDT1. Each is linked with GABRG2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRG2-to-partner and partner-to-GABRG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP1 grouped by GABRG2-low versus GABRG2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
