GABRG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a, PCNA, and GAPDH. Each is linked with GABRG1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRG1-to-partner and partner-to-GABRG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a grouped by GABRG1-low versus GABRG1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
