GABRB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,089 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDC45, RNU6-1229P, and RNU6-200P. Each is linked with GABRB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRB1-to-partner and partner-to-GABRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDC45 grouped by GABRB1-low versus GABRB1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
