GABRA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,815 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTFR2, RPL17, and POLE2. Each is linked with GABRA3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA3-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTFR2 grouped by GABRA3-low versus GABRA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
