Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GABRA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, 4E-BP1, and Stathmin. Each is linked with GABRA3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA3-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by GABRA3-low versus GABRA3-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
