Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABRA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,058 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GABRA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATPAF2, PEMT, and MCAT. Each is linked with GABRA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA2-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATPAF2 grouped by GABRA2-low versus GABRA2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
