Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABRA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 258 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRA1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Synaptic vesicle clustering, snRNA 3'-end processing, and Iron coordination entity transport. Each is linked with GABRA1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA1-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA1 results are reported.
