GABRA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABRA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABRA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASE3, TNP2, and KCNK18. Each is linked with GABRA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABRA1-to-partner and partner-to-GABRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASE3 grouped by GABRA1-low versus GABRA1-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
