Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABPB1-IT1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,976 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GABPB1-IT1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, ANP32A, and SIN3A. Each is linked with GABPB1-IT1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABPB1-IT1-to-partner and partner-to-GABPB1-IT1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GABPB1-IT1 versus HDGFL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
