Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABPA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,822 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABPA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP248, MIR4710, and RN7SL478P. Each is linked with GABPA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABPA-to-partner and partner-to-GABPA results are reported.
