GABARAPL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GABARAPL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,794 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABARAPL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC7A7, LILRB4, and IGKV1-8. Each is linked with GABARAPL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABARAPL1-to-partner and partner-to-GABARAPL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GABARAPL1 versus SLC7A7 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GABARAPL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GABARAPL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
