Across TCGA cell cohorts, GABARAPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,452 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GABARAPL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Glycophagy, Cellular response to topologically incorrect protein, and Cellular response to nitrogen levels. Each is linked with GABARAPL1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GABARAPL1-to-partner and partner-to-GABARAPL1 results are reported.
