G6PC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, G6PC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,481 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G6PC-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOD1P2, MTND3P13, and PGBD4P2. Each is linked with G6PC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G6PC-to-partner and partner-to-G6PC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SOD1P2 grouped by G6PC-low versus G6PC-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G6PC→partner) and Y-score (partner→G6PC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
