Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, G2E3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated G2E3 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher G2E3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated G2E3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, HNSC, and COAD are the cancer types where G2E3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
