G2E3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, G2E3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,016 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G2E3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1269B, POLR3KP2, and RN7SL305P. Each is linked with G2E3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G2E3-to-partner and partner-to-G2E3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1269B grouped by G2E3-low versus G2E3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (G2E3→partner) and Y-score (partner→G2E3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
