Across TCGA cell cohorts, G2E3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,711 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible G2E3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic sister chromatid segregation, Mitotic spindle organization, and Centrosome cycle. Each is linked with G2E3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both G2E3-to-partner and partner-to-G2E3 results are reported.
