FZD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FZD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,016 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FZD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL21, BTG3P1, and RNU6-406P. Each is linked with FZD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZD4-to-partner and partner-to-FZD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL21 grouped by FZD4-low versus FZD4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FZD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FZD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
