FZD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FZD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FZD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACER1, OR2C1, and PRAMEF20. Each is linked with FZD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZD4-to-partner and partner-to-FZD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACER1 grouped by FZD4-low versus FZD4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FZD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→FZD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
