Across TCGA patient cohorts, FZD4-DT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,826 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FZD4-DT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBPJ, TUT7, and ISYNA1. Each is linked with FZD4-DT in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZD4-DT-to-partner and partner-to-FZD4-DT results are reported.
