Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FZD4-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FZD4-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher FZD4-DT RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FZD4-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and UCS show a favorable association.

KIRC, UCS, and MESO are the cancer types where FZD4-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
