FZD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FZD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 571 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FZD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ30, PSAT1P4, and RNU6-1260P. Each is linked with FZD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZD3-to-partner and partner-to-FZD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ30 grouped by FZD3-low versus FZD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FZD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→FZD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
