Across TCGA patient cohorts, FZD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FZD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ERK2, and FOXO3a_pS318_S321. Each is linked with FZD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZD3-to-partner and partner-to-FZD3 results are reported.
