FZD10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FZD10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,962 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FZD10-associated genes across cancer lineages are HELLS, WDR41, and ZBTB8OS. Each is linked with FZD10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZD10-to-partner and partner-to-FZD10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HELLS grouped by FZD10-low versus FZD10-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FZD10→partner) and Y-score (partner→FZD10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
