Across TCGA cell cohorts, FZD10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,001 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FZD10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, Regulation of RNA stability, and Regulation of mRNA stability. Each is linked with FZD10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FZD10-to-partner and partner-to-FZD10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II grouped by FZD10-low versus FZD10-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.
