FYTTD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FYTTD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,836 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FYTTD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BNIP3P6, RN7SL147P, and MIR4445. Each is linked with FYTTD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FYTTD1-to-partner and partner-to-FYTTD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BNIP3P6 grouped by FYTTD1-low versus FYTTD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FYTTD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FYTTD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
