FYB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, FYB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,486 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FYB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKAA2, DENND1C, and ZNF552. Each is linked with FYB2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FYB2-to-partner and partner-to-FYB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FYB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→FYB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
