FYB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FYB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,322 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FYB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, DBF4B, and SPAG5. Each is linked with FYB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FYB1-to-partner and partner-to-FYB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by FYB1-low versus FYB1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FYB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FYB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
