The most reproducible FXYD6P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA processing, RNA modification, and Positive regulation of amide metabolic process. Each is linked with FXYD6P3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD6P3-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD6P3 results are reported.
