Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FXYD6P3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FXYD6P3 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher FXYD6P3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FXYD6P3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and UCS show a favorable association.
BLCA, PAAD, and BRCA are the cancer types where FXYD6P3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
