Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXYD6P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,337 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FXYD6P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication, tRNA modification, and Negative regulation of DNA metabolic process. Each is linked with FXYD6P2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD6P2-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD6P2 results are reported.
