Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FXYD6P2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FXYD6P2 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher FXYD6P2 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FXYD6P2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and PAAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, CHOL, and KIRC are the cancer types where FXYD6P2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
