Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXYD6-FXYD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 161 significant associations in total. SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FXYD6-FXYD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Obsolete regulation of dosage compensation by inactivation of X chromosome, Regulation of cilium assembly, and Negative regulation of cilium assembly. Each is linked with FXYD6-FXYD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD6-FXYD2-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD6-FXYD2 results are reported.
