Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FXYD6-FXYD2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated FXYD6-FXYD2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in small cell lung cancer (SCLC), where higher FXYD6-FXYD2 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FXYD6-FXYD2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC show a favorable association.

SCLC are the cancer types where FXYD6-FXYD2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
