Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXYD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,892 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible FXYD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTM5, ATP1A2, and ASPA. Each is linked with FXYD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD1-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FXYD1 versus GSTM5 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXYD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXYD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
