FXYD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FXYD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FXYD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNG1P1, MIR1193, and OR2AP1. Each is linked with FXYD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FXYD1-to-partner and partner-to-FXYD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCNG1P1 grouped by FXYD1-low versus FXYD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FXYD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→FXYD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
