Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, FUZ Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated FUZ data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher FUZ Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated FUZ expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, ACC, and CHOL are the cancer types where FUZ Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
