FUZ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUZ RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,556 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUZ-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2_S17, PCIF1, and ZC3H4. Each is linked with FUZ in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUZ-to-partner and partner-to-FUZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FUZ versus MYEF2_S17 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
