FUZ

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUZ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,661 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEZ6L, TTC28, and SEPTIN3. Each is linked with FUZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUZ-to-partner and partner-to-FUZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, FUZ versus SEZ6L in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
