FUZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, FUZ mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible FUZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are Endothelial cells, Th2 cells, and CD8+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with FUZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both FUZ-to-partner and partner-to-FUZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endothelial cells grouped by FUZ-low versus FUZ-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (FUZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→FUZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
